Install Instructions
1. Download and Extract all parts using Winrar or 7zip to get a ISO file.
2. Mount the ISO image in Daemon Tools lite or Burn it on a DVD.
3. Install the game.
4. Open the DVD and go to SKIDROW folder and copy all the files from there to folder on your hard disk where you installed the game
5. Play the game.
Did as the instructions said. At step 4 also installed the DirectX and dot net framework that was asked. Copied 5 files from SKIDROW folder to Football Manager 2012 folder on my hard disk.
Started the game.
Works flawlessly.

Works just fine (so far). Downloaded it, mounted the iso, installed, copied the files from the Skidrow folder and ran the game. Pretty easy instructions to follow tbh.

go to where you have installed Football Manager 2012 then open the folder directx and run the setup that you see there. The problem will be fixed.
